Our Story ## Protecting Charlotte Communities Since 2020 Paladin Public Safety was founded with a single mission: to raise the standard of private security in the Charlotte Metro area. What started as a small team of former law enforcement professionals has grown into a trusted partner for multifamily communities, commercial properties, and institutional clients across North Carolina. Our approach is built on three principles — professionalism, accountability, and technology. He grew up in the small town of Hemby Bridge in Union County, NC, and attended Piedmont High School. After high school, he pursued a career in law enforcement and attended East Carolina University and Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC. With over 30 years of experience in the public safety and law enforcement field, Jeff works daily to ensure the highest standards of professionalism. He is an active trainer who enjoys the outdoors and fishing.
