Paladin Public Safety hires armed and unarmed public safety officers to protect apartment communities, retail centers, office parks, medical campuses, and industrial sites across Charlotte and the surrounding North Carolina counties. We staff both stationary posts and marked mobile patrol vehicles, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available on full-time and part-time schedules.

To qualify you must be at least 21 years old for armed positions (18 for unarmed), hold a valid driver's license, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and hold or be eligible for the appropriate North Carolina registration. Prior military, law enforcement, corrections, EMS, or contract security experience is valued but not required — we train motivated candidates from the ground up in patrol procedure, incident documentation, de-escalation, first aid, CPR, and AED use.

Officers work from written post orders specific to each property, clock in on site with GPS verification, scan checkpoints during patrol rounds, and file reports through our mobile app. Supervisors are reachable at all hours, uniforms and equipment are provided, and advancement into supervisor and account-manager roles is filled from within whenever possible.
