Paladin public safety officers will provide randomized vehicle patrols of the property during the contracted service hours, with visual checks of community amenities, including pools, clubhouses, elevator lobbies, and common areas.
Officers will check parking lots and common areas for suspicious activity, suspected criminal activity, and maintenance or safety issues, and will report what they observe to property management. For emergencies or crimes in progress, residents should call 911.
