• Information you give us. Your name, company or property name, email address, telephone number, property address, and the details you include in a contact form, security assessment request, or quote request.
• Employment application data. If you apply for a position, we collect employment history, residential history, references, licensing and certification details, and background-screening authorizations required by state regulation.
• Service and operational data. Incident reports, patrol logs, checkpoint scans, timestamps, and officer GPS location captured during a shift at a contracted site. This data is generated by our officers, not by site visitors.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and aggregate analytics collected through Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals, to schedule and supervise officers, to deliver incident and patrol reports to authorized client contacts, to evaluate job applicants and satisfy licensing requirements, to maintain the security and reliability of our systems, and to comply with applicable law. Incident reports are shared with the client contacts each property designates.

Data Security and Retention

Sensitive identifiers collected during hiring are stored in encrypted form. We retain records for as long as needed to provide services, and afterward for the period required by our insurance, contractual, and North Carolina licensing obligations. Personnel files are archived rather than deleted so that we can respond to future verification requests.
