Request a Security Quote
Every Paladin quote starts with an on-site assessment, not a phone estimate. Tell us about your property and a supervisor will walk it with you, identify the coverage that actually reduces risk, and put a written price in front of you — usually within 48 hours.
Paladin Public Safety protects apartment communities, HOAs, retail centers, office parks, medical campuses, warehouses, and construction sites across Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and the surrounding counties. Pricing depends on a handful of practical factors: how many hours per week you need covered, whether officers must be armed, whether the post is stationary or a marked mobile patrol, how many access points need to be controlled, and how often you want written reports delivered to your team. Because we build every quote from those specifics, you never pay for a generic package that includes coverage your property does not need.
Most multifamily clients start with evening and overnight stationary coverage on the nights that generate the most complaints, then add mobile patrol on the remaining nights. Commercial clients often begin with unarmed access control during business hours and dedicated patrols after close. Whatever the mix, every shift is documented: officers clock in on site with GPS verification, scan checkpoints during patrol rounds, and file incident reports that reach your designated contacts by email on the cadence you choose — daily, weekly, or monthly.
All Paladin officers are licensed in North Carolina, screened, and trained in first aid, CPR, and AED use. Supervisors are on call around the clock, and we carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available with your proposal.
1. Tell us about the property
Share the property type, size, hours of concern, and any recent incidents. Two minutes of detail lets us price accurately instead of guessing.
2. On-site walk-through
A supervisor walks the property with you, reviews access points, lighting, parking, and problem hours, and documents what coverage would actually solve.
3. Written proposal
You receive a written quote with post assignments, hourly rates, armed or unarmed staffing, patrol frequency, and reporting cadence. No hidden fees.
4. Deployment
Once the agreement is signed we build post orders, assign officers, and typically begin coverage within one to two weeks.
