Paladin public safety officers will provide randomized vehicle patrols of the property during the contracted service hours. Officers will conduct visual checks of community amenities, including pools, clubhouses, elevator lobbies, and common areas.
Officers will check parking lots and common areas for suspicious activity, suspected criminal activity, and maintenance or safety issues, and will report what they observe to property management. During contracted service hours, officers will respond to resident calls for service. For emergencies or crimes in progress, residents should call 911.
Officers will enforce written community rules only as directed by property management and permitted by law, and will coordinate with local law enforcement as appropriate.
